其次是作业运行过程中的操作管控。AGV叉车处于自动运行状态时,值守人员不能随意脱离值守岗位,要实时关注设备后台的运行数据反馈,一旦收到设备发出的故障预警信号,要第一时间触发就近的急停开关,全面排查预警对应的风险隐患,确认所有问题都处置完毕后,才能重新恢复设备的运行任务。日常使用过程中要严格遵守设备的额定负载要求,不得安排设备搬运超出承重上限的货物,遇到货物堆叠歪斜、堆叠高度超出安全阈值的情况,要先整理规整货物状态之后再启动搬运指令,避免出现货物滑落、设备运行失稳的问题。如果厂区作业路径内有临时施工、临时管制的情况,要提前在设备后台更新运行路径参数,设置对应的临时绕行标识,严禁在没有调整路径参数的情况下,强制设备进入临时管控区域运行。

最后是每日作业结束后的收尾流程。当日全部作业任务完成后,工作人员要将闲置的AGV叉车统一调度到指定的停靠充电点位,确认设备切换到休眠状态,关闭后台的当日运行任务端口,同时整理记录当日的设备运行日志,把当日出现的各类预警信息、异常情况如实登记,方便后续运维人员针对性排查调整。
