电动叉车是当下物流仓储、厂区内部转运场景中应用十分广泛的搬运设备,长期高频作业场景下,难免会出现各类小故障。一线操作人员和基层运维人员掌握基础的故障排查与处理方法,能够避免小问题拖延成大故障,有效降低误工成本,延长设备使用寿命。

首先是行走系统相关故障的排查处理。如果车辆正常通电后无法起步,首先第一步可检查应急断电开关是否被误触按下,不少作业场景中人员走动或货物剐蹭很容易碰到该开关,将开关复位即可快速恢复。之后可检查车辆剩余电量是否低于保护阈值,低电状态下车辆会自动锁止行走功能,及时补充电量就能解除限制。如果以上两项都排查无异常,可断电后检查行走加速踏板的连接触点是否积灰松动,清理触点后重新插接大多能解决问题,若故障仍然存在则不要私自拆解电控部件,联系专业运维人员处理即可。

其次是升降液压系统相关故障的排查处理。如果货叉出现起升无力、无法起升的情况,首先检查液压油液位是否低于设备标注的刻度线,长期作业过程中液压油会出现正常的少量损耗,补充对应标号的合规液压油即可恢复功能。之后可检查溢流阀的压力调节位置是否出现偏移,若存在轻微偏移可对照设备说明书标注的参数微调,注意不要私自调大压力超出设备额定负载,避免造成液压泵损伤。如果货叉起升过程中伴随异常异响,可优先排查油路是否混入空气,反复空载升降货叉数次排出空气就能消除异响,若出现明显渗油漏油问题,可先排查对应位置的密封件状态,小渗油可清洁表面后观察状态,漏油量大时及时更换密封件即可。

最后是充电相关故障的排查处理。如果充电器插接后无法启动充电,首先检查充电接口的金属触点是否氧化移位,清理完触点后重新插接测试,再同步检查市电输入侧的空开是否跳闸,复位空开大多能解决问题。如果充电过程中设备频繁跳停,可检查电池组表面温度是否过高,散热不足触发过热保护后,将车辆挪到通风阴凉区域静置降温,之后再继续充电即可,日常也尽量避免在高温暴晒环境下长时间充电。
