首先是每日例行保养,对应周期为每班次作业前后开展。这部分基础养护不需要拆解部件,以目视检查和功能性测试为主,作业人员首先要排查车身外观状态,确认外壳没有磕碰开裂痕迹,轮胎胎压处于正常区间,胎面没有嵌入尖锐异物。随后检查动力系统状态,确认蓄电池接线端子无松动、无漏液,电解液液位处于厂家标注的安全区间,不存在私自加装的外接线路。接着逐一测试操控系统功能,确认前进后退切换、转向操作、刹车制动没有卡顿异响,刹车制动距离符合安全要求,全车灯光、倒车蜂鸣器、警示标识都处于正常工作状态,最后检查货叉、起升链条没有明显变形开裂,作业结束后要将车辆停放在指定区域,断电拉手刹,清理车身表面残留的杂物和污渍。

其次是周度保养,对应周期为累计运行40小时或固定每周开展一次。这部分养护要在每日检查的基础上做深度清洁和加固,首先全面清理车身内外堆积的灰尘和杂物,重点擦拭蓄电池表面的浮尘和积水,避免出现意外短路问题。随后逐一排查核心结构的紧固件松紧度,尤其是转向桥、轮辋、货叉架部位的固定螺栓,出现松动的要及时按照标准扭矩拧紧,再给所有活动连接的销轴部位补充加注润滑脂,同时排查液压系统的管路接头,确认没有渗油漏油痕迹,液压油液位处于刻度标识的中间区间,空载测试门架的起升、下降全流程,确认运行流畅没有异响卡顿。

第三是月度保养,对应周期为累计运行200小时或固定每月开展一次。这部分养护要涉及核心部件的性能检测,首先检查蓄电池的充放电表现,记录单格电压数据,出现电压偏差过大的情况及时做均衡充电。随后检查驱动电机的碳刷磨损情况,清理电机内部堆积的积尘,排查所有操控线路的绝缘层,没有出现老化破损的情况,逐一测试各个微动开关的触发灵敏度,确保操作反馈准确。之后对刹车系统做全面调试,调整制动蹄片的间隙,更换已经出现脆化的密封件,同时校准门架两侧的起升链条张紧度,保证两边拉力均匀,避免重载起升时出现偏斜卡滞的问题。
